Shaggy, our comfort care Goldendoodle, died in February, 2020, and she will be greatly missed.
24TH ANNUAL HOLIDAY MEMORIAL PROGRAM IS DECEMBER 5
Our annual Holiday Program is 1 pm Saturday, December 5, at the funeral home. All Covid precautions will be utilized, including mask use and social distancing. Unfortunately, no refreshments or social time will be offered afterward. We understand that there are some who will not want to attend. In that case, we can still engrave an ornament for you and it can be picked up the week of Dec. 7. The entire service will be live streamed on our Facebook page. Please call or email to RSVP with number of people attending and the name of the deceased you wish to remember.
State of Ohio mandates mask use.
The State of Ohio has issued a mandatory mask or face covering usage order, effective July 23, 2020. Masks or other face covering will be required to enter our funeral home and attend services. Sanitizing stations are at all entrances, and we ask that everyone sanitize upon entering and exiting. Other previous orders still stand, which call for limited gatherings. Some churches may be open, but attendance capacities may be limited. Walk through visitations, with no lingering, have worked well for families. Private family viewings and services, graveside services, and delaying services until sometime in the future, all remain among the many options available at this time. We are available 24/7, as always. We suggest calling or emailing us with any questions you may have. We remain your source for information, and we stand ready to serve.
The CDC advises that those who are ill and are at-risk such as the elderly and immune-compromised should be encouraged to stay home.
We offer live streaming as a possible option for services/viewing, for those not able or wishing to attend.
We at Trauneros are working diligently to keep our community members healthy within the confines of our building, by sanitizing our surfaces and practicing social distancing. We thank you for your understanding during these difficult days.
We are THE source for funeral information in Tiffin and Seneca County, and we are the pre-planning experts in Tiffin and Seneca County.
Generations of families from Tiffin and Seneca County have chosen our funeral home to care for them in their time of need. It's been that way since our funeral home was founded in 1900.
At Traunero's, It's Not Just The Standard Service...It's The Service That Sets The Standard.
We hold an impeccable service record with the Ohio State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors, something that cannot be said about every funeral home in Tiffin.
The most important service we provide is care of the deceased. It's central to funeral service. It's why we have on staff highly skilled embalmers and funeral directors who pride themselves on the ability to give back to the family their loved one in a way that will leave pleasant memories. It's also why we installed a crematory in 2010, to better serve those families who desire cremation.
SENECA COUNTY CREMATORY has been serving our community and the surrounding area professionally and with dignity. Owning and operating our own crematory enables us to provide all the services necessary, right here in Tiffin.
Your loved one never leaves our care, and we handle everything ourselves.
