Obituary

Jodi Lynn Knaplund, 64, of Oro Valley, Arizona and formerly of Tiffin, died at 5:49 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Clyde Gardens, Clyde, Ohio.  She was born February 13, 1959, in Tiffin, to James E. and Delores (Richey) Bridinger.  She married Eric Knaplund July 28, 1987, in Scarsdale, New York.  They had a dissolution after 31 years of marriage.

Survivors include two sons, Tyler James Knaplund of Ames, Iowa; and Dylan Colbert (Brooke) Morris of Columbus, Ohio; her mother, Delores Sanderson of Tiffin, two sisters, Debra Jean (Terry) Bowman of Elkhart, Indiana, and Faith Borer of Tiffin.

She is preceded in death by her father, a brother, James Edward Bridinger, Jr. and a nephew, David Latham.

Jodi was a 1977 Tiffin-Columbian High School graduate.  She retired as a supervisor at Tiffin Developmental Center.

There will be no visitation or services.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St. Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113.
