Harold L. Shultz

Harold L. Shultz, 102, of Tiffin, died in his sleep Monday, April 6, 2020, at St. Francis Home.

He was born September 11, 1917, in Tiffin, to Otto P. and Louise A. (Wagner) Shultz.  He married Kathryn Schell June 25, 1949, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fremont.  She preceded him in death on April 2, 2012.

Survivors include a son, Charles O. (Jana) Shultz of Milton, Ga.; four grandchildren, Nicole (Jay) Campbell, Wesley (Shontail) Shultz, Jessica Shultz and Derrick Shultz; one step, great-granddaughter, Kiara Campbell; and a sister, Betty Lou Feasel of Tiffin.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Marion and Earl Shultz.

Mr. Shultz was a 1936 graduate of Calvert High School and a 1938 graduate of Tiffin University.  He was an accountant and office manager at Mohawk Motor from 1939 to 1970, and treasurer of Seneca Sheet Metal from 1970 to 1992.  He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Allen Eiry Senior Center, Elks, Moose, and the United Commercial Travelers.

Private visitation will be at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio  44883 (419)447-3113.  A private funeral Mass will be at St. Mary Catholic Church, with Rev. Matthew Rader officiating.  Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
