Obituary

Gloria Sue Adams, 60, of Tiffin, Ohio, died 4:29 a.m. Saturday, December 12, 2020, at OSU James Cancer Center, Columbus, Ohio.  She was born February 16, 1960, in Tiffin to Cecil and Alice (Runion) Fitch.  She married Robert Adams November 27, 1982, in Fremont, Ohio and he survives.

Other survivors include a son, Austin Adams of Tiffin; a daughter, Alysia (Jason) Kirian of Tiffin; six grandchildren, Samantha Daugenbaugh, Elijah Eckert, Gavin, Jorja, Candace and Allen Kirian; a brother Cecil (Lindy) Fitch of Florida, three sisters, Robbin (Mario) Leonard, of Bellevue, Karen (Richard) Opp of Tiffin, and Betty (James) Montz of Tiffin; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and a niece Cassidy Fitch.

Gloria was a 1978 Columbian High School graduate, she was a caregiver for Wynn-Reeth, of Green Springs, Ohio.  She enjoyed her grandchildren and her dog, Bear.

A masked walk through visitation for family and friends will be 2-4 p.m.  Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio  44883 (419) 447-3113.  Visitors are asked to wear masks and social distance as they walk through, pay respects, and exit without lingering.

The funeral will follow at 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Ava Nye officiating.  A private burial will take place in Fairmont Cemetery.  Her funeral service will be live-streamed at the funeral home’s website.
