Doris E. (Caswell) Haskell

Doris Eileen Haskell, 79, of Tiffin, died Thursday, December 19, 2019, at her residence.

Doris was born October 7, 1940, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Earl B. and Dorothy (Dawson) Caswell. She married Joseph A. Wood July 20, 1959, in Whitman, Massachusetts and they later divorced. She then married Robert D. Haskell, Sr. January 31, 1971, in Whitman, Massachusetts and he died December 4, 2011.

Survivors include four sons, Joseph A. (Edy) Wood, Jr. of Tiffin, Everett P. (Karen) Wood of Tiffin, Earl E. (Lisa) Wood of Weymouth, Massachusetts, Robert D. Haskell, Jr. of Everett, Washington; six grandchildren, Keesha (Kenny) Lawrence, Jennelle (Josh) Herron, Kassandra (Trevor) Bates, Kirstie (Anthony) Zoeller, Emily Wood, Lindsey Wood; eight great-grandchildren, Jessica, Ethan, Joliea, Kale, Kennedy, Liam, Parker, Olivia; and two brothers, Richard Caswell of South Carolina, Norman Caswell of New Mexico.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Haskell, Sr.; two sisters, Dorothy June Caswell, Judith O’Laughlin; and a grandson, Daniel Wood.

Doris was a sales manager trainer in Massachusetts until moving to Tiffin in 1997, she worked part-time at several places in Tiffin, and was a CASA volunteer.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2019, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419)-447-3113, followed by a memorial service at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in Colebrook Cemetery, Whitman, Massachusetts.
