Wayne L. “Jr.” Shrode, 57, of Tiffin, died at 12:11 am Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
He was born December 17, 1954, in Tiffin, to John and Alice (Spitler) Shrode. His father is deceased, and his mother survives in Tiffin. He married Theresa Kurtz, and she survives in Tiffin.
Also surviving are a daughter, Heather (Mark) Gaietto of Tiffin; two step-sons, Nathan (Crystal) Long of Rosewood, Ohio, and Aaron (Ashley) Long of Findlay; five grandchildren, Autumn Stalsworth, Charlee Gaietto, Madilyn Long, Marleigh Long, and Aubrey Long; four brothers, Jack, Jim, and Larry Shrode, all of Tiffin, and Tim Shrode of New Vienna, Ohio; and a sister, Deb Shrode of Bowling Green.
Jr. was a graduate of Columbian High School and was a lead truck driver for Expert Transportation Company.
There will be no visitation or services.
