Virgil was born to the late Frank and Rose (Wurm) Studer,
December 27, 1921
in New Washington, Ohio. He married Leona V. Kramer,
February 15, 1947
in St. Joseph Catholic Church,
Tiffin
, and she preceded him in death on
September 4, 1996
.
Virgil is survived by, one son, Ronald (Rebecca) Studer, of Perrysburg; one daughter, Lois A. Studer of Tiffin; two grandchildren, Erin (Jeffery) Elfers of Columbus, and Benjamin (Jill) Studer of Florence, Ky.; and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Martha Norris, Josephine Doran, and Arvilla Studer.
Virgil graduated from
New
Washington
High School
and attended
Tiffin
University
. He worked as the office manager for The Louis O’Connell Company. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, Council 608. Virgil enjoyed playing cards and scroll woodworking.
