Susan Elaine Mizen

Susan Elaine Mizen, 66, of Tiffin, passed away at 2:24 a.m. Monday, February 5, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.

She was born January 14, 1958, in Fremont, Ohio, to Edward and Donna (Lee) Carter.
She married Robert Norville in 1973, and he preceded her in death.  She later married Jim “Punk” Mizen August 2009, but later divorced.  He survives.

Other survivors include her three sons, Robert Norville, Jr., Timothy (Faith) Norville, and Terry (Veronica) Norville, all of Tiffin; 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Troy Carter of Tiffin and Tracy Carter of New York; and a sister, Darlene Ward of Tiffin.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers John and Edward “Ted” F. Carter.

Susan was a homemaker and held jobs in healthcare.  Among many other things, she loved to help take care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She enjoyed attending their activities. She will be missed for her great conversations and wonderful cups of coffee in the kitchen while sitting at her table.

Visitation for family and friends will be Noon – 4 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2024, at TRAUNERO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113.
