Ruth Evelyn Cooper, 94, of Riverside Drive, Tiffin, Ohio died at 2:25 a.m., Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin. She was born March 27, 1912 in Tiffin, Ohio to the late Leslie L. and Ruth Isabel (Robenalt) Frederick. She was formerly married to Harry Tarlton in 1932. In November of 1947, in Greenville, Ohio she married William E. Cooper. He died on September 26, 1997.
Surviving are 2 sons; Robert Tarlton, Lolo, MT; Larry L. Tarlton, Roseville, CA; 1 daughter, Margaret J. Lyman, Tiffin, OH; 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; 2 brothers Robert Frederick, Sandusky and Leslie Frederick, Jr., Republic.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Anna Louise Grasley, a sister Mary Ellen Myers and 2 brothers, Jack & Calvin Frederick.
Mrs. Cooper a 1930 graduated of Columbian High School attended college at Tiffin Business University. She was retried as a homemaker and from Sterling Grinding Wheel. She was a member of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints.
There will be no visitation. There will be a private family service at Greenlawn Cemetery.
