Rosella A. "Sally" Nye, 91, of Tiffin, died at 2:15 p.m. on November 26, 2000 at Mercy Hospital. She was born on June 18, 1909 to Henry and Elizabeth (Mathias) Nye in Sandusky County.
She was survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by 5 brothers, Arthur, Alvin, Lester, Cletus, and Harvey Nye; and 2 sisters, Corrine Brickner and Dolores Kimmet.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, the St. Patrick Altar Rosary Society, Kiwanis Manor and Senior Citizens. She was a housekeeper at St. Andrew's Church and also for Dr. Schreiner.
Burial will take place immediately following the funeral Mass at the parish cemetery.
Contributions may be made to St. Andrew's Church or Seneca County Visiting Nurses.
