Ronald E. Dull, Sr.

Ronald E. Dull, Sr., 89, of Tiffin, died at 7:20 pm Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.

He was born May 2, 1937, in Tiffin, to Donald and Madeline Pauline (Berlin) Dull, Sr.

Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Ann Gainer of Worthington; a son, Ronald “Sonny” Dull, Jr., of Republic; a brother, Donald Dull, Jr. of Tiffin; and four sisters, Dorie Bour of Tiffin, Sandra (Dick) Sendelbach of Bascom, Patricia Dull, and Karen West, both of Tiffin; many grandchildren, and a companion, Phyllis Rhodes of Tiffin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Robert Dull, Rita Shock, Pauline Sendelbach, John Dull, Fay Iannantuono, Betsy Combs, and Phyllis Capucini.

Ronald retired from American Standard after 30 years of service. He had also worked at Ballreich Brothers and cooked at the Salvation Army. He had also done road work, pipelining, construction, and owned a gas station in Republic. He also enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, traveling, and camping.

The family would like to thank Phyllis Rhodes and Donnell Smith for being there for Ronald.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 am on Friday, July 31, 2026, followed by the funeral service at 11 am, at TRAUNERO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio (419) 447-3113. Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.
