He was born October 12, 1952, in Bellevue, to Robert A. and Martha J. (Transue) Stoneham. His parents survive in Tiffin.
Also surviving are a brother, John W. “Jack” (Kimberly) Stoneham of Crestline; and nieces and nephews, Sara Stoneham-Webley of Sandusky, Kelsey Stoneham of Toledo, Ben Stoneham of Westerville, and Jane Hoerneman-Hieronymus of Mentor, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Transue of Bellevue, Mr. and Mrs. John Stoneham of Norwalk, an aunt, Mrs. Paul Hoerneman, and a nephew, David Hoerneman.
Kim attended Bellevue and Tiffin schools, graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School and Terra Technical College in engineering. He worked for the Seneca County Engineer’s Office, the Columbus Engineering Dept., was building and grounds manager for the Tiffin Betty Jane Center, and had also been manager of the Tiffin Elks Club.
He was a member of Old Trinity Episcopal Church, Tiffin, where he was a Junior Warden and served on the vestry and sang in the choir.
Services will be 2 pm Saturday, December 10, 2011, at Old Trinity Episcopal Church, with Rev. Amy Fallon officiating. Entombment will follow in the church columbarium.
