Dick was born January 31, 1934 in Chicago, Ill. to the late Joseph T. and Mary L. (Crimmins) Fisher. He married Nancy M. Metzger May 21, 1955 in Lake Forest, Ill. and she survives in Tiffin.
Dick is also survived by three sons, Thomas (Heather) Fisher, Michael (Jeanie) Fisher, Richard Fisher, Jr.; a daughter, Cathy (Joe) Margraf; a son-in-law, David M. Lucius, all of Tiffin; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy A. Lucius; and a brother, Jack Fisher.
Dick was a 1953 graduate of Lake Forest High School. He retired from Tiffin City Schools as a custodian. Dick was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He coached Little League Baseball, Junior High basketball, and Little League Football.
There will be no visitation.
The funeral Mass will be 1 pm, Monday, February 20, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating.
