Phyllis was born September 2, 1932 in Loudonville, Ohio to Brice and Iona (Dysinger) Yarman. She married George J. Weber, Sr. in 1951 in Mt. Vernon, and he died March 5, 1978. She then married Billy Canterbury March 8, 1979 in W. Va., and he died in September of 2006.
Survivors include two sons, George Weber, Jr. of Mt. Vernon, Greg (Beth) Weber of Tiffin; two daughters, Mary Weber of Athens, Lori (Jim) Henlaut of Middleboro, Mass; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands and a sister, Beverly Butt.
Phyllis was a graduate of North Canton High School, a homemaker and a member of Faith United Methodist Church of Tiffin.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2014, at Mt. Vernon Memorial Gardens, Mt. Vernon, officiated by Rev. Donna Van Trees. There will be no visitation.
