Pauline Elizabeth Reino, 85, of Tiffin, died at 4:25 p.m., Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Mercy Tiffin Hospital. She had been a resident of Kiwanis Manor after living in Tiffin her entire life at residences on both Schonhardt and Circular Streets.

Pauline was born September 16,1925, in Tiffin to the late John and Catharine (Marks) Weimerskirch. She was a 1943 graduate of Calvert High School and attended Heidelberg College. She married Sam Reino in 1946 and they raised seven children, and divorced in 1980. Sam died in December 2010.

Pauline is survived by six children; Michael (Lynn) Reino, Carol (Chuck) Yaney, Rick Reino, Daniel (Theresa) Reino and Steve (Janelle) Reino all of Tiffin; and Julie (John) Kleinhenz of Columbus; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; Also surviving are two special friends; Nancy Smith and Bob Mestrez. A son, Bob Reino preceded her in death in April of 2008.

Pauline had five older siblings four brothers and one sister. Siblings preceding her in death were Doug, Howard, Truman and Chet Weimerskirk. She is survived only by her sister, Mary Catherine Weimerskirk who lives in Belaire Bluffs, Fla.

Pauline worked on and off for much of her life at Service Lunch which was later relocated and renamed Wyme’s. These were family owned restaurants started by her parents.

Pauline was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Eagles Aerie 402. She really loved to play bingo or a good card game with her friends, or telling a good joke.

Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the funeral arrangements. There will be no visitation. The funeral Mass will be conducted at 10 am Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church officiated by Rev. Joseph Szybka. Burial of the ashes will be immediately following in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of financial contributions of any kind, the family is asking that you remember her only by doing a good deed for someone less fortunate this week.
