PAULINE ANGELA (Burkart) KRUPP

Pauline Angela Krupp, 84, of Tiffin, passed away at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012.  She was born May 7, 1928 in Toledo, to Oswald G. and Frances (Schaal) Burkart.  On Oct 23, 1948 she married Cornelius C. “Bud” Krupp in Tiffin and he survives.

Other survivors include, three sons, Mark (Terie) Krupp of Tiffin, Col. (Ret.) Christopher (Lisa) Krupp of Augusta, Ga, and Peter Krupp of Tiffin; two daughters Kathleen (Daniel) Leahy of Richmond, Va. Ann (Peter) Delehanty-Koenig, of Cincinnati; nine grandchildren, Amy (Stephen) Leahy-Shutts, Craig (Lisa) Leahy, Reini (Michael) Chipman, Zachary Krupp, Christiane Krupp, Katherine Krupp, Paige Krupp, Morgan Krupp, Jack Delehanty; six great grandchildren, Connor, Colleen and Cooper Shutts, Colin and Mary-Cameron Leahy, and Nash Thomas Chipman, and a brother, Dr. Thomas Burkart, of New Port Ritchie, Fla.

She is preceded in death by five brothers,  Dr. O.G. Burkart, Joseph, Phillip, Eugene and Paul Burkart two sisters, Mary Warnement and Genevieve Horvath.

Pauline was a loving wife and mother.  She was a 1946 graduate of Calvert High School,  a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Rosary Altar Society, the Josephines, the Catholic Ladies of Columbia and she was a long time St. Joseph School library volunteer.  She worked at the St. Francis Spirituality Center Spirit Space Gift Shop.

Visitation with family and friends will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, with a Wake Service at 8 pm, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113.

Prayers will be said at 9:30 a.m. Friday, June 29,  2012 at the funeral home followed by the Mass at   10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. The Rosary will be recited 20 minutes prior to the Mass at the church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or to St. Joseph Catholic Church in care of the funeral home.
