Lois R. Eisenhard, 77, died Sunday, January 14, 2024, at Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima, Ohio. She was born in Tiffin on August 28, 1946, to William (Bill) and Pat (Pneuman) Krause.
Lois is survived by her husband of 59 years, James Eisenhard, along with their two sons James Eisenhard, Jr. of Tiffin, and Anthony Eisenhard of Springfield, Virginia, and their granddaughter, Scarlett Eisenhard of Tiffin. Other survivors include her sisters, Sandra (Jerry) Matter of Bellevue and Marilyn (Don) Davis of Tiffin. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Sherri (Corby) Herborn.
A lifetime resident of Tiffin, Lois graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School, attended Tiffin University, and was a member of the (Ebenezer) Faith United Methodist Church.
She was a longtime supporter of The Ritz Theater and a member of The Ritz Players, having performed in and directed many productions over many decades. Her other enthusiastic passions included Ohio State football, sewing, decorating, and all of her beloved extended family and friends.
Visitation will be at 12 noon on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Faith United Methodist Church. The Funeral Service will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Amy Vittorio officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Ritz Players in honor of Lois Eisenhard.
