Lloyd Martin Weinandy, age 71, of Alvada, Ohio, died Friday, January 31, 2003. He was born March 22, 1931, in Big Springs Twp., Seneca County, Ohio, to Clarence August and Magdalena Matilda (Tiell) Weinandy. On June 20, 1953, in St. Peter's Catholic Church, Alvada, he married Doris Louise Wagner. She survives.
Also surviving are 2 sons, Donald Lloyd (Tammy) Weinandy, and Rick Allen (Jenni) Weinandy; a daughter, Pamela (Michael) Painter; 7 grandchildren, Derek, Maggie, Dylan, Nicholas, Matthew, Whitney, & Amanda; 3 brothers, Ralph P., Luke E., and Cyril A. Weinandy. He was preceded in death by a brother, Hilary F. Weinandy.
Mr. Weinandy attended New Riegel High School and was manager and part owner of the former Alvada Farm Service. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Alvada, the Knights of Columbus Third Degree, the Moose, Eagles, and Elks Lodges, and the Fostoria Sportsmens Club.
Burial will be in Seneca Memory Gardens. Memorials may be made to Bridge Home Health and Hospice of Findlay, St. Peter's Church, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
