Lester William Gase, age 67, of Tecumseh Trail, died
Monday, August 29, 2011
at his residence.
He was born
December 18, 1943
to the late Armond and Frances (Hoepf) Gase in
Tiffin
.
Lester is survived by his children, Lori Ritzler of Tiffin; Bryan (Rachel) Gase of Dayton, Shanon Murphy of Bloomington, Ind., and Christopher Murphy of Orlando, Fla.; grandchildren, Drew and Luke Ritzler and Alyssa Brimmer; brothers, Edgar (Joan) Gase of Pipe Creek, Texas, Charles (Beverly) Gase of Oregon, OH, Kenneth (Janet) Gase of Hanes City, Fla., Leon (Lynn) Gase of Ostrander, OH, and a sister-in-law, Mary Lou Gase of Tiffin.
He was preceded in death by a brother Richard Gase, who died in 2008.
Lester graduated from
Calvert
High School
in the class of 1961 and was in the Army Reserves from 1964 to 1970. He worked as a production supervisor at both General Electric and Ameriwood, having retired from Ameriwood. Lester was also a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church.
