Junior L. Dick, 76, of Minerva Street, Tiffin, Ohio died Monday, December 6, 2010 at his residence.
He was born March 27, 1934, in Pulaski County, Ky., to the late Alonzo and Cora (Sweet) Dick. He married Janet O. Kin July 21, 1953 in Indiana and she died November 6, 2010.
Survivors include two sons, David (Pamela) Dick of Bettsville, Gerald Dick of Upper Sandusky; four daughters, Catherine (Vernon) Hites, Sandra (Richard) Hiser both of Tiffin; Carol Dick of Glendale, Ariz. and Wendy Dick of Tiffin; 11 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren
He is preceded in death by a son, Lonnie Dick; a grandson, Richard Hites, a brother, Nelson Dick, and two sisters, Elsie Craft and Lorene Stark.
Mr. Dick was a retired heavy equipment operator for the City of Tiffin Street Department.
Visitation with the family will be 2 to 8 pm Friday, December 10, 2010, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113. A funeral service will be 4 pm Friday at the funeral home officated by Rev. David Raulston, with visitation then continuing until 8 pm.
Burial will be in Seneca Memory Gardens at a later date.
