Jeffrey James Hurst, Jr. infant son of Jeffrey J. Hurst and Katherine Chwalik, of Ninth Avenue, Tiffin, Ohio was stillborn at 1:03 am Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at Mercy Hospital, Tiffin.
His maternal grandparents are Matt and Martha Chwalik of Tiffin and his paternal grandparents are Maria Hyden of Tiffin and Jim Hurst of Champion, Ohio; Maternal Great Grandparents, Dorothy and Chet Chwalik and Irene Lonsway all of Fostoria, plus aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
