Jeff was born November 17, 1955, to Donald and Ruth Mowry of Tiffin.
He had been a respiratory therapist in Florida for the past 30 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Michele Gray of Palm Bay; a son, Austin of Montana; grandchildren Kenny and Emma; brothers, Donald of Republic and Ronald (Jan) of Texas; sisters, Ruthanne Hamilton of Republic and Paula (Lenny) Perna of Tiffin; and many nieces and nephews.
Jeff was preceded in death by his stepson Andrew, nephew Adam Perna and brother-in-law David Hamilton.
Services and burial at Seneca Memory Gardens, Tiffin, will be private.
