Jeanne A. McClellan

Jeanne A. McClellan, 79, of Tiffin, died at 7:48 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the Willows at Tiffin. She was born August 27, 1945, in Tiffin to Alvin and Ruth (Steinmetz) Schalk.

She married Michael F. McClellan, August 23, 1969, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Bascom. He died July 11, 1984.

Survivors include a brother, Donald Schalk of Findlay, two sisters, Mary Sauber and Margaret Schalk, both of Tiffin, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother, Michael Schalk.

Jeanne was a 1963 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School. She was a retired Bookkeeper and Loan Officer at Commercial National Bank, and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed ceramics, cooking, and shopping.

The Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, officiated by Rev. Anthony Coci. Burial will take place immediately following in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
