Helen Rose Krupp, 91, of Tiffin, died Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Providence Care Center, Sandusky.

She was born August 14, 1925, in Tiffin, to Harry and Rose (Lang) Guss.

She is survived by her former husband, Paul Krupp, whom she married October 18, 1947, in St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Also surviving are eight children, Cynthia (Michael Roller) Barlo of Cedarburg, Wis., Richard (Anita) Krupp of Sandusky, David (M.J.) Krupp of Granville, Stephen (Wanda) Krupp of Newark, James (Ann Kemble) Krupp of Columbus, Theresa (Steven) Brickner of Woodville, Annie (Dave) Sharpe of Sandusky, and John (Jodi) Krupp of Columbus; 22 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and a brother, Gene Guss of Sun City West, Ariz.

She was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Krupp, and two brothers, Harmon Guss and Howard Guss.

Mrs. Krupp was a 1943 graduate of Calvert High School and a 1946 graduate of the St. Vincent School of Nursing.  She was a retired registered nurse and operated a group home for many years.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, its Rosary Altar Society, and the Catholic Nurses.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2016, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio  44883 (419)447-3113, with a wake service at 8 pm.

Prayers will be said at 9:30 am Saturday, October 8, 2016, at the funeral home, followed by the funeral Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.  The Rosary will be recited in church 20 minutes prior to Mass.

Memorials may be made to Calvert Foundation or St. Joseph Church, in care of the funeral home.
