Frances was born December 28, 1931 in Seneca County to the late Clyde and Catherine (English) Filson.
She is survived by a brother John (Ruth) Filson of Holland, Ohio.
Frances was a 1950 Columbian High School graduate. She worked for Dr. Krieger, D.D.S. for 18 years. She also worked at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center. She was a member of Faith (Ebenezer) United Methodist Church, and had been a member of the church choir years ago.
There will be no visitation or services. Entombment will take place at Faith United Methodist Church in the Columbarium.
