Florence A. Clouse, age 79, of Tiffin, Ohio, died June 28, 2003. She was born February 7, 1924, in Custar, Ohio, to Harry and Flora (Bond) Geren. On February 26, 1944, in St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria, Ohio, she married Richard Clouse, and he survives. Also surviving are 2 sons, Arthur (Sandra) Clouse and Jeffrey (Cindy) Clouse, a daughter, Linda Grouls, 5 grandchildren, Richard Clouse, Christopher Oswalt, David Grouls, Angela Clouse, and Carrie Clouse; 2 great-grandchildren, Stacia and C.J. Oswalt; a brother, Eugene Geren; and a sister, Annabelle Swartz. A sister, Doris Welly, is deceased.
Mrs. Clouse was an Arcadia High School graduate and a retired nurse’s aide at St. Francis Home, Tiffin. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Memorials may be made in the form of Masses, to the church or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
