Doris was born April 23, 1938 in Bascom to Harold and Inez (Miller) Curry. She married Roger A. Zimmerman June 16, 1960 in Bettsville. He died October 12, 2004.
Survivors include two sons, Randy Zimmerman of N.C., Brian Zimmerman of Tiffin; a daughter, Deborah (Craig) Gossman of Carey; three grandchildren, Nicole Zimmerman, Dustin Waters, Marissa Zimmerman; three brothers, Carl (Vida) Curry, Cecil (Wanda) Curry, Melvin Curry; three sisters, Dorothy (Donald) Grubb, Dorothea Milum, and Phyllis Kaiser.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister, Helen Shiley.
Doris was a homemaker.
There will be no visitation.
Services will be 10:00 am, Friday, July 11, 2014 at the Seneca Memory Gardens Chapel. Burial will follow at Seneca Memory Gardens Cemetery.
