David R. Boehler, age 48, of Tiffin, Ohio, died April 6, 2003. He was born August 11, 1954, in Tiffin, to Donald F. and Frances (Brown) Boehler. His father is deceased. His mother, Frances DiCesare, survives in Tiffin. Also surviving are a son, Thane David Boehler, a daughter, Tyne Ashley Boehler, a brother, Donald Boehler, a sister, Margaret Stimmel, nephews, Dan & Mike Stimmel and Eric Boehler, a niece, Christine Boehler, three grand nephews, and two grand nieces. Mr. Boehler was a 1972 Calvert High School graduate and a maintenance foreman at Taiho Corporation, Tiffin. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, and he was a Brown’s Backer, played dartball and pool, and was a NASCAR enthusiast.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. A wake service will be Wednesday at 8:30 pm. The Rosary will be recited at 10:15 am Thursday in St. Joseph Church. Memorials may be made to David’s children, to St. Mary Church, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
