Other survivors include her mother, Carol Digby of Tiffin; three sons, Hal (Kimberly) Conger of Galion, Alexander and Elliot Conger both at home; a grandson, Ethan Conger; three brothers, Robert (Penny) Digby of Bluffton, Randall Digby and Ronald (Theresa) Digby both of Mt. Blanchard; and her Maternal Grandmother, Betty Bean of Tiffin.
She is preceded in death by her Step-Father, Robert Digby and Maternal Grandfather, Hallard Bean.
Cindy was a 1976 Columbian High School graduate. She was retired from the Tiffin Developmental Center. She was a devoted and loving Grandma, an avid bowler, gardener, and cake baker. She was a dedicated volunteer for Tiffin City Schools serving on many committees.
