Caroline R. Hepp, age 68, of Tiffin, Ohio, died September 26, 2001. She was born December 20, 1932 in Crawford County, Ohio, to Floyd and Helen (Williams) Ludwig. She is survived by 3 sons, Steve and Jane Hoover, Jerry Hoover, and Jamie and Rhonda Hoover; 9 grandchildren, John, Richard, & Joanna Kelley, Jacob Hoover, Michael Kelley, Miranda, Caitlen, Colton, & Savannah Hoover; 2 brothers, Raymond & Michael Ludwig, and 2 sisters, Mary Dazey and Geneva Ludwig. She was preceded in death by a brother, George Ludwig. Mrs. Hepp worked in the kitchen at Tiffin Developmental Center, and was a graduate of McCuchenville High School. Burial will be in Seneca Memory Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Kiwanis Manor, Tiffin.
