Terry L. Gibson

Terry L. Gibson, 71, of Tiffin, died Thursday, November 30, 2023, at his residence.

He was born November 1, 1952, in Tiffin, to Donald L. and Patricia A. (Smith) Gibson. He married Cindra K. Norton on August 20, 1977, in Tiffin. They later divorced and she survives. He then married Mary Ann Lyman on January 11, 1986, in Tiffin. She preceded him in death December 1, 1999.

Survivors include a daughter, Alissa M. (Erick) Schuetz of Aurora; a son, Adam L. Gibson of Olmsted Falls; a grandson, Aiden C. Schuetz of Aurora; three brothers, Keith A. and Mark A. Gibson, both of Tiffin, and Gary L. Gibson of Fremont; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Mary Ann Gibson.

Terry was a 1971 graduate of Mohawk High School. He retired from American Standard of Tiffin in 2007 after 36 years of service. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Visitation will be Friday, December 15, 2023, from 3 to 6 pm, with a memorial service at 6 pm, at TRAUNERO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio  44883 (419)447-3113.  Private burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Convent.
