Rebecca A. (Evans) Fuhrer

Rebecca A. Fuhrer, 68 of Tiffin, died at 1:24 am Friday, April 6, 2018, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Hospital, Toledo.

Rebecca was born August 17, 1949 in Kenton to Marion “Mike” and Maxine (Andrews) Evans. She married Jimmie David Fuhrer on March 16, 1969 in La Rue and he survives in Tiffin.

Other survivors include two sons, Michael Todd Fuhrer of Galion, Christopher Lee (Kay) Fuhrer of Tiffin; six grandchildren, Zachary, Tyler, Katelyn, Chelesa, Corey, Contessa; five great grandchildren; a brother, Richard (Donna) Evans of La Rue; and a sister, Diane Evans of La Rue.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Matthew Adam Fuhrer.

Rebecca graduated from Elgin High School, Marion and Columbus Business University.  She worked retail at Wal-Mart.

Visitation will be 3 to 6 pm Monday, April 9, 2018, at the Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-3113.

Funeral Service will be 2 pm Tuesday, April 10, 2018, with visitation an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The Rev. Marilyn Coney will officiate. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery, McCutchenville
