Nancy Marie (Roth) Eichhorn

Nancy Marie Eichhorn, 81, of Tiffin, died at 4:42 a.m. Friday, August 18, 2017, at St. Francis Home.

Nancy was born November 12, 1935, in Sandusky to Harold and Helen (Schlett) Roth. She married William F. “Bill” Eichhorn February 11, 1956, at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Sandusky and he died February 5, 2016.

Survivors include a son, Stephen Eichhorn of Tiffin; three daughters, Michelle (Denny) Harper, Fran (John) Andersons both of Tiffin, and Nan (Tim) Borer of Bowling Green; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren;

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a grandson, Sean Eichhorn; a great-granddaughter, Kori Elizabeth Sherwood; four brothers, Harold “Butch” Roth, Dick Roth, Norbert “Porky” Roth, and Jerry Roth; a sister, Jean Bowie

Nancy was a 1953 graduate of Sandusky St. Mary High School, worked and retired from St. Joseph Catholic School as a cafeteria worker, and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 10 to 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at the Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-3113.

Funeral will follow at 11 a.m.  Tuesday, at Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions may be made to Calvert Elementary School, Heartland Hospice or a charity of the donor’s choice.
