Mary Jean Irene Willoughby, infant daughter of Amanda A. Mullennex and Andrew J. Willoughby of Tiffin, was called to heaven shortly after birth, Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo.
She will be greeted in Heaven by great-grandparents, Tina Warnock, David Raudebaugh and Cletis Eugene Mullennex Sr. Also by her great aunt Dianne Mullennex with whom she will share her final resting place.
Survivors include her parents; maternal grandparents, Cletis and Denise Mullennex of Tiffin; maternal great-grandmother, Barbara Mullennex of Tiffin; paternal grandmother, Cheryl Opp of Tiffin, and paternal grandfather Tom Opp of Tiffin.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Thursday, May 11, 2017, at the Traunero Funeral Home and Crematory, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-3113, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery immediately following the service. The Rosary will be recited 20 minutes prior to the service at the church.
